The Online Guide is made up of the following pages:

| Search the Collection | This link takes you to a search form for finding records of individual documents within the Collection. |
| Help | This link takes you to help for using the Online Guide to the Collection. |
Use the search form in the Online Guide to quickly locate information in the collection.
For information on using the search form and search tips, visit the How to search page.
Once your search is completed, you will see the Results page. This page will display:
- The number of records retrieved, and the search run.
- The records retrieved.
- The format of the results (Title, Author, Fiche Number)
To view a record, click the link of the desired record. You will see the Record View.
You can use the Results per page pull-down menu to change the number of results displayed on the page.
You can use the Next and Previous links to scroll through the records in the search results. Or enter the desired result number in Jump to Number and click GO to move to a specific section of the Search Results.
The individual record view displays the complete and current indexing for the desired record. You can use the Next and Previous links to scroll through the records in the search results. Or click Back to Results to return to the Search Results.
